Refund Policy

XP Stream Tools sells digital licenses and creator tools.

Because of the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally final once a license has been activated. This aligns with standard industry practice for digital goods, including the policies of marketplaces such as Etsy.

Refund Eligibility

We may issue refunds on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

Refunds may be considered for:

• Verified technical issues caused by our systems that prevent the product from working as described
• Duplicate accidental purchases (when the duplicate license has not been activated)
• Failure to deliver a purchased license

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds generally will not be issued for:

• Activated licenses
• Change of mind after purchase or activation
• Third-party platform issues outside our control (Twitch, Kick, YouTube, TikTok, StreamElements, OBS, etc.)
• User configuration mistakes
• Compatibility issues not disclosed prior to purchase
• Violations of our Terms of Service

When to Contact Support

We encourage you to contact us promptly if you believe you qualify for a refund. Requests submitted within a reasonable time after purchase will be evaluated; significantly delayed requests may not be considered.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

1. Email support@xpstreamtools.com with your order details, including the email address used for purchase and the license key (if applicable)
2. Describe the issue in detail
3. Allow up to 5 business days for a response

Refunds, when approved, are processed through the original purchase channel and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

Subscription Products

Future subscription-based products or recurring services may have separate cancellation and refund terms presented at the time of purchase.

Chargebacks and Marketplace Disputes

We encourage users to contact support before filing marketplace disputes or chargebacks so we can attempt to resolve issues directly.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in account or license termination without further refund consideration.

Etsy Purchases

Purchases made through Etsy may also be subject to Etsy's policies. Etsy generally does not provide purchase protection for digital downloads, so refund requests for Etsy purchases are evaluated under this Refund Policy.
