Overlay troubleshooting

It isn't showing in OBS

• Make sure your license is activated in the dashboard.
• Check the browser source URL matches the one from your install.
• Set the source size to your canvas (e.g. 1920×1080) and make sure it's visible.
• Right-click the source → Refresh.

It isn't triggering

• Chat command: check the command matches your settings and the feature is on.
• Channel points: confirm Twitch is connected and the reward is mapped. See Channel-point triggers.
• Cooldown: a recent trigger or bet may still be on cooldown.
• Settings source: if your settings are managed in StreamElements, website changes won't apply until you switch the source.

Betting isn't working

• Connect and enable a points provider on the Betting page. See Betting setup.
• The viewer may not have enough points, or hit the cooldown or daily cap.

Still stuck?

Use the test triggers on your overlay's dashboard. If those fire but live triggers don't, it's a chat or trigger issue, not the overlay.
